This is such an elegant little black dress from the 1960s by Kay Selig. It features chiffon over a satin lining, with layers of pleated chiffon criss crossing on the bodice, and cascading down the skirt. At the underarm are two connected silk chiffon panels that can be worn in so many ways! We love them as a shawl, but they can be simply tied in back or even fashioned as straps.
